Photography :-

Deposit - A non refundable deposit/initial payment is charged upon booking.

Payments - The balance of fees due are to be paid before the date of the wedding. Payment for additional photographs to be made when these are ordered.

Display - I hereby allow the photographer to display any photograph included in this contract in their studio or portfolio.

Photograph/Video - All photograph sizes are normal. The photographers will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination certain dyes and materials, especially man made fibres, is sometimes impossible to record on film / print the exact colour of materials as seen by the human eye.

Retouching - Retouching and artist finishing is available at an optional extra.

Re-orders - All re-orders shall be treated as an extension to this contract. No responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing. Payment should accompany orders. Postage in due with each order

Preview– Your Order for Album Photographs for the photography services which include a preview should reach us within three months of your wedding. A charge of £50 will be applied for late orders

Copyrights - The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright to the photographer. It is contrary to the act to copy or to allow being copied any photographs covered by the contract.

Licence - The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the location used. The photographers’ judgements regarding the locations, poses and number of photographs shall be deemed correct.

Main Photographers - whilst we welcome your guests having the chance to capture some photographs By booking our photography services you agree we are the main photographers and our photography shall take priority over any other photographers, amateur or professional. We reserve the right to complete our photograph session without interruption until our job is complete. Any interruption or delay caused by other photographers may result with you not receiving the full set of photographic shots intended, we will not accept any liability for this.

Prices - All services and / or good are supplied at the prices ruling at the time of supply.

Force majeure - The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by the photographers owing to any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by the photographers liability shall be limited to a full refund of money paid.

Cancellation - In the event that the client cancels this contract at any time by giving written notice, the booking fee of £50 shall be forfeited. In addition, if notice of cancellation be received by the photographers less than 8 weeks prior to the appointment the clients would pay the photographers a sum equal to half the contract fee. Cancellation within one month of your wedding will result in full payment being required.

Complaints - In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint the client may request the Master Photographers Association to conciliate.

Travelling - We reserve the right to add a travelling charge to attend full photography sessions outwith a 25 mile radius. Attending an additional venue, outside Gretna for individual photographs (e.g.. cake) will incur a charge.

Delivery - Photographs should be ready for collection 14-21 days after the wedding. Postage is included in the UK .  Europe and rest of world will incur a postage fee of £25. They shall be posted 14-21 days after the ceremony.
